What is the difference between Lite and Premium?
Lite provides 5 GB for US$1 per mailbox per month. Premium provides 20 GB for US$2 per mailbox per month. Storage is the currently defined package difference.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. The setup requires access to your domain’s DNS records. Domain registration is separate from the mailbox prices shown.
Can I keep using Outlook?
Compatible Outlook configurations can use the shared mail server hostname. We will provide the verified incoming, outgoing and encryption settings during onboarding. An Outlook software licence is separate.
Can existing email be moved?
Tell us about your existing provider and mailbox sizes. Migration requirements and any charges must be agreed before work starts.
Is the service available now?
The service is preparing to launch. Customer activation will follow configuration and verification of mail delivery, secure access, customer separation and recovery procedures.
